Due to the vast number of email programs and mobile devices on the market today, we are unable to provide click-by-click instructions for them all. If you’re setting up email on a desktop or laptop computer, you may call the number above, and we should be able to assist you. If you’re setting up email on a tablet, smart phone, or other mobile device, we recommend you note the settings below, and contact the entity from which you obtained the device. If you’re unable to reach them or if they’re not so helpful, you may call us at the number above, and we’ll see what we can do. However please be aware that we may not be able to assist you with mobile devices beyond providing the following information. Below are the email settings that must be entered into your email program or mobile device.
Outlook users can use the following links: 2007 and higher – 2002/XP and 2003 – 2000
USERNAME NOTE: If there is a separate spot for a User ID, User Name, or Account Name in addition to just the email address, it must be the full email address, not just the part before the “@” sign.
USERNAME/PASSWORD NOTE: Usernames and passwords are NOT optional, they are REQUIRED, despite what it may say in those fields on some mobile devices.

Leaving Some Mail on the Server
Under the More Settings button, on the Advanced tab, at the bottom under Delivery…
Leave copy of messages on server:
Tick this checkbox.
Remove from server after:
Tick this checkbox; set value to 15 days (can be adjusted later)
Remove from server when deleted from deleted items folder:
Tick this checkbox.
